What You Need To Know About Accutane
Some people just have clear skin whereas others struggle with acne. Acne is a skin problem that affects both teenagers and adults. Nowadays there are a lot of ways how to treat it. For example, exfoliation (scrubs, peelings), bactericidal agents, antibiotics, hormone therapy, phototherapy, retinoids, etc. One of the powerful aids is Accutane. It is used for moderate to severe acne that other treatments has failed to heal.
What is Accutane?
Accutane (Isotretinoin) has changed the treatment of severe acne. It belongs to a class of drugs known as retinoids. It decreases facial sebum production, prevents the pores from clogging, and as a result makes your face and body clearer.
What effect can you get?
- Clear skin. Isotretinoin pills start to work after 7 to 10 days. According to many reviewers of Accutane and their photos before and after, skin becomes clear after 4 months.
- High self-esteem. A face without acne gives self-confidence and makes a person, especially, women believe in their attractiveness without makeup.
- Long-term results. For many people, one course is enough to say goodbye to skin problems for many years.
Are there any Accutane side effects?
During therapy, the most common side effects of Accutane are dry skin and lips. To prevent it use lip balm, cream, and oil. Also, hair removal with such methods as wax, the laser is also not desirable while you are taking Accutane and 6 months after you stop taking it. Scarring may result.
What about dosage?
The dosage of Accutane depends on your weight, medical condition, and response to treatment. So, the therapy usually starts at a dose of 0.5 mg per kilogram of body weight daily. The doctor can change the dosage based on the results achieved during the therapy. Do not take vitamin supplements containing vitamin A while you are taking Accutane. Women of reproductive age should do a pregnancy test before starting therapy with this drug.

I figured I’d give an honest review of this product, since I’ve run pharma Roaccutane in the past.
A little background information. My first cycle, many years ago, resulted in horrific acne on my chest, back and shoulders and only mild acne on my face. I was prescribed a low dose (10mg a day of Roaccutane) and after a couple months it cleared up. Even at 10mg a day, it dried me out like crazy. I could brush my hand across the area where my acne used to be and a cloud of dead skin cells would circle through the air. Since then, I have had very little breakouts (even on cycle) but chronic Folliculitis/scalp acne for the past several years.
My most recent cycle resulted in mild breakouts, mostly on the face this time and the odd pimple on the chest and back, nothing too serious. This kind of carried into my cruise so I decided to give Pareto’s Accutane a go to make sure my glands are clean, shrunk and dried before my next blast. Well… within my first week, my scalp completely cleared up, for the first time in years, what a relief! The second and 3rd week my skin basically purged. By the end of the 3rd week I could notice my skin tighter and flaking at the sites where my breakouts used to be. I’ve got about a month in now and no new breakouts, so, I feel I can safely say the product is legit and effective (ran at 20mg a day split into 2 doses every 12 hours). I’ll probably order a couple more packages to keep on hand for my next blast, if I notice my skin starting to get oily, I’ll take 10mg every other day to keep it at bay. Normally Isotretinoin stays in the system for months after and long courses can permanently contract sebaceous glands, so good chance I won’t need it come my next blast.
Minimal side effects at this dose, I actually got more sides when I took 10mg of Roaccutane. Just dry hands, face, lips and eyes. Nothing too extreme yet but I still have a ways to go.
I was a little skeptical the first couple of days because the tabs have a very sweet almost citrusy taste when they hit your tongue, I’m not sure if this is a characteristic of raw Isotretinoin. I’d give 5 stars but as I said, I’m only 1 month into it and my experience with 10mg of pharma Accutane was much more aggressive, but, the Pareto product is effective.

I’ve probably had 6-12 pimples at a time my entire life and decided it was time for a change. For my case, this was mild acne. I took 20mg for 100 days, followed by 40mg for another 100 days. This was 6 bags and 200 days total. Results were astonishing, acne totally cleared up. Side effects are dry lips and skin around lips, just be sure to moisturize and have lip balm on hand. Trust the process, it works well!

All my life I had a lot of acne issues. This was one of the reasons I started PED’s in my 30’s. I usually break out on my chest and lower back. After my first two cycles I didn’t have any issues. but going into my third – I broke up so badly I stopped wearing tank tops at the gym. After the first week of taking this, my lower back acne disappeared. Two weeks in my chest acne stopped! I’m a month in and most of my acne is gone. I do get one or two on my chest, but it is definitely not as severe. I have been taking half a pill a day and I have 0 side effects.
